The Role:

You'll support pupils with a range of complex needs - including autism, physical disabilities, and communication challenges - working closely with teachers and specialists to deliver personalised support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support
Assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support students with personal care and mobility
Help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong communication skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
