We are supporting a growing college in Cambridge who are seeking an engaging, motivated Carpentry Lecturer to join their expanding Construction team. If you're passionate about your trade and keen to inspire learners at all stages of their development, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

The Role As a Carpentry Lecturer, you will:
• Deliver high-quality practical and theory-based Carpentry sessions
• Teach and support a diverse range of learners
• Help students develop essential skills and build confidence
• Provide tutorial support and guidance
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the department
• Complete associated administrative tasks to ensure smooth course delivery

What You'll Need
• Strong and up-to-date industry experience within the Construction sector
• In-depth Carpentry knowledge, supported by at least a Level 2 vocational qualification
• A passion for developing others and helping learners succeed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate
• A proactive, team-focused mindset? Teaching experience is welcome but NOT essential - full training and support will be provided for those transitioning from industry.
