Cambridge salary (Outer London Fringe) £40,317-£62,496 (MPS/UPS)
Key Responsibilities- Teach within a high-performing Reception setting with strong EYFS outcomes
- Excellent GLD and phonics results with consistent pupil progress
- Well-resourced indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed for Early Years
- Structured ECT programme with weekly mentoring and reduced timetable
- Shared planning and centralised EYFS resources across the phase
- Access to phonics, language and early years hub training
- Supportive senior leadership team with a strong focus on staff development
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the EYFS curriculum
- Support early language, phonics and number development
- Use observation and assessment to plan next steps effectively
- Work collaboratively across the EYFS team to maintain strong provision
- Hold UK QTS and a recognised teaching qualification
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be suitable for experienced teachers or ambitious ECTs
- Show commitment to achieving strong outcomes for all pupils
