Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 (Actual annual salary, based on experience/qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00) | Term Time Only

Our students (aged 6-19) have a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical or sensory impairments. We don't just focus on the classroom; we focus on the person. If you are a "solution-focused" thinker who sees potential where others see barriers, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be DoingAs a vital member of our specialist team, you will support students across a variety of settings—from our well-resourced classrooms to the local community.
- Empowerment: Support students with PMLD and complex medical needs to achieve their personal and educational goals.
- Holistic Support: Assist with learning, development, and progress, including participation in personal care and physical intervention routines when necessary.
- Innovation: Use your creativity to help students manage anxiety and sensory overload, building their confidence for adult life.
- Collaboration: Work alongside an exceptional therapeutic team in a highly specialist environment.
You don't need to have years of SEN experience, but you must have the right heart. We are looking for:
