OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a new Send HLTA to join The Martin Bacon Academy. Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking candidates with experience in Send or those interested in developing their skills in this area.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain an inspiring, appropriate, safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote the well‑being and holistic educational progress of all pupils through a variety of teaching styles.
- Actively promote our vision, values, ethos for achievement for all and high standards.
- Commitment to and evidence of continuous improvement and personal professional development.

State‑of‑the‑art Area Special School opened in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire, in 2020. Recently graded Outstanding by Ofsted in all four areas, it caters for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex and significant learning needs, including conditions such as autism spectrum and complex physical and sensory impairments. All pupils receive an appropriately paced, balanced education designed to meet their individual needs.
