CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Lead for a refurbishment project within a Grade II listed university building in Cambridge. The successful candidate will manage a live library environment as part of a prestigious college campus project.
You will be responsible for coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring effective stakeholder management, and delivering refurbishment works valued at £1m. The expected start date is by 14th June with a programme running through to mid-September.
