- Previous TA/LSA experience
- GCSE English and Maths grade C or higher
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Enhanced child‑barred DBS certificate, registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one
- Two professional child‑related references
- Free, accredited professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
- In‑house Training and Development Team support
