Food Technology Teacher – Long term temporary and ongoing, full-time from September

Dutiesas Food Technology Teacher:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging Food Technology lessons.
- Support pupils in developing practical skills, including safe food handling and preparation.
- Maintain high standards of classroom organisation and practical equipment safety.
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school procedures.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports pupil independence and confidence.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Food Studies and related practical disciplines.
- Ability to deliver well‑structured lessons that support a range of learners.
- Confident in managing practical sessions safely and effectively.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
