This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities- Full teaching responsibility for a class, including planning, delivering, and assessing the National Curriculum to foster a love of learning.
- Act as a champion for all students, specifically supporting SEND learners within a mainstream setting and breaking down barriers to learning.
- Use "Assessment for Learning" strategies and positive behaviour management to track progress and improve student outcomes.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, parents, and multi‑agency teams such as Educational Psychologists.
- Contribute to the wider school community and assist in shaping intervention programs or leading specific curriculum strategies.
- Substantial experience in a specific phase (e.g., KS1 or KS2), including a deep understanding of moderation and statutory assessments.
- A proven track record of improving outcomes for diverse learner groups and a working knowledge of EHCP processes.
- The creative vision to innovate the curriculum and adapt resources in real‑time to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Highly organised and "emotionally intelligent" communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive parental conversations.
- The ability to support and mentor colleagues to cultivate the next generation of teaching talent.
- Must hold Full UK QTS.
- Must hold a relevant degree and have taught the National Curriculum in a Primary setting.
- The grit to navigate the daily challenges of primary education while maintaining high professional standards.
