The Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across the primary age range, both in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.

Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.

Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and social development.

Prepare learning resources and contribute to the smooth running of the classroom.

Support children with a range of learning needs, ensuring every pupil can reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience within a primary school.

Previous experience supporting children in a primary education setting.

A patient, caring and proactive approach to classroom support.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children.

Holds an Enahnced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
