Aspire People is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join a specialist school in Hertfordshire, supporting pupils aged 6-19 with autism, ADHD and SEMH.
You will work alongside experienced teachers and therapists, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, promoting communication, emotional wellbeing and independence while providing personal care where required.
The role is temporary to permanent with fully funded training, ongoing professional development and clear progression opportunities.
