We are an ambitious secondary school in Cambridge seeking an enthusiastic History Teacher to join our successful Humanities faculty from September. This is an exciting opportunity to teach within a department that is committed to developing inquisitive learners through engaging lessons and a broad, knowledge‑rich curriculum.

Teach History across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach A‑Level History.
Students study a wide range of historical periods, from Medieval Britain through to modern international history, while developing analytical, research and evaluative skills that prepare them for further study and future careers.
Facilitate enquiry‑based learning, debate and source analysis.
Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lessons that challenge students of all abilities.
Encourage curiosity beyond the classroom through educational visits, history societies and enrichment activities.

• History Degree
• QTS
• Ability to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 History

• Full‑time or part‑time contract with pay to scale on a permanent basis (MPS/UPS)
