Salary: £100 per day depending on experience.

I’m looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked within a SEND classroom.

Ideally you will have experience supporting children with SEND including:

• Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
• A proven track record of supporting pupils with challenging behaviours in a school or alternative provision setting
• Experience implementing behaviour support strategies, de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour management approaches
• Experience working on a 1:1 basis and in small group interventions to support learning, communication and social development
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and the ability to adapt support to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
