** About the Role
** Opus People Solutions are seeking a dedicated SEN Case Officer to join our Statutory Assessment Team on behalf of client. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
** Role Overview
** As a SEN Case Officer, your primary focus will be to:
* Work through the statutory assessment backlog.
* Draft Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Manage the associated casework in line with statutory timelines and best practice.
* Liaise with families, schools, and professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred plans.
** What We're Looking For
*** Proven experience in SEN casework and statutory processes.
* Strong understanding of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP legislation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a complex caseload independently and efficiently.
** Working Arrangements
*** This role is fully remote, with equipment provided.
