Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SENCo for a leading primary academy in Cambridge, starting September. You will lead SEND strategy, coordinate EHCP frameworks, and drive inclusive education across EYFS to Key Stage 2.
As Senior Leader, you will manage EHCP processes, annual reviews, and line-manage teaching assistants, collaborating with speech and language therapists and educational psychologists to tailor support for every pupil.
