We're looking for Learning Support Assistants and Tutors to join an education hub in Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire, a short drive from Cambridge via the A14. You'll support young people with SEN, including SEMH needs, who learn in small groups with a personalised approach. Working hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP on an ongoing basis. Teaching qualifications are not required.

The hub offers small-group education for young people who need a more individual approach to learning. Each learner works from their own plan, and staff have the time to adapt teaching to suit them.

• Support small groups and individual learners through planned activities
• Lead tutoring sessions and help young people work through tasks at their own pace
• Help learners with SEN and SEMH needs feel settled and ready to learn
• Prepare and adapt resources to match each personalised plan
• Feed back on progress to the staff team

• Background supporting young people in education, tutoring, youth work or a similar role
• SEN or SEMH experience is useful but not essential
• Full driving licence and a car, because of where the hub is based
• A teaching qualification is not needed
