HSE Advisor - Cambridgeshire

The continuous growth has created the opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join the existing team, working across sites in the Cambridgeshire region, both independently and as part of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend active sites, ensuring H&S guidelines and processes are being adhered to.

• Attend pre-commencement meetings to ensure correct processes are planned into works.

• Highlight, manage, report and review any cause for concerns from attending sites.

• Provide guidance to site teams and management

• Continuously analyse areas of improvement across sites and processes.

• Assist with departmental development.

• Various Company Reports/ administration.

• Personal on-going development.

• Other duties as reasonably required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications

• Previous experience in a HSE focused position, ideally within Groundworks or the house-building industry/ sites.

• All round H&S construction industry knowledge.

• Dedicated and determined

• Excellent problem-solving skills and organization

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar software.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure

• Clean UK driving license
