Summary
Field Service Engineer position in Cambridge, full‑time, salary £29,000–£36,200 + overtime and commission. Must live in specified postcodes.
Job Details4 days a week, 37.5 hrs over 4 days, Monday to Saturday.
What You’ll Do- Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services at customers’ homes.
- Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
- Provide exceptional customer service, leaving every customer satisfied.
- Work independently with support of a team.
- A UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- To live in one of the specified postcodes above (CB1–CB25, SG8, PE19, PE27, PE28).
- Problem‑solving mindset and passion for helping customers.
- Methodical, organised approach to work.
- Ability to remain composed and adapt to any situation.
- Starting salary £29,000 with potential to earn up to £36,200 through on‑target earnings.
