Recruit Mint Ltd is hiring a Mechanical Technician for a growing renewable energy operation near Ely. This is a varied, hands-on role maintaining plant and machinery that turns organic waste into clean energy, with a 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour shift pattern.
The role is outdoors, up to 90% of time, at height and in all weathers; duties include repairs, installation, fault-finding, recording maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
