Maintenance Engineer
Permanent | Day Shift | Panama (06:00-18:00)

The role
Hands-on mechanical engineering keeping the site running efficiently and safely:
Mechanical repairs, fitting, welding, fabrication
Planned preventative maintenance and overhauls
Fault finding and problem solving on plant and machinery
Accurate CMMS usage and logging all work
Clear handovers and ownership of tasks from start to finish
Work with Engineering Leads/Manager on scheduled work
Support continuous improvement and site performance
Work alongside contractors as needed
Who we're looking for
Solid mechanical maintenance experience in production or manufacturing
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable, practical, takes pride in completing jobs properly
Team player who communicates clearly
