Up to £65,000 + Car / Car Allowance Are you an experienced Power Site Manager with a strong background in HV substation delivery? This is a key opportunity to lead major new-build and refurbishment projects up to 132kV, working on long-term DNO/IDNO frameworks across East Anglia. Youll join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering stability, progression, and the chance to take ownership of technically challenging and high-value power infrastructure schemes.

The Role As Power Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of HV substation projects. Youll manage both civils and electrical work streams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works meet programme, quality, and safety expectations. Projects typically include new substation builds, asset replacement, switch gear upgrades, transformer installations, cable route works, and associated civils packages.
