Principal RF Engineer – Telecommunications - Cambridge
A fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking a Principal RF Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced RF subsystems for next‑wireless and connectivity products.
What you’ll do as a Principal RF Engineer- Lead RF design activities aligned to system architecture and requirements
- Own RF subsystem performance, implementation, and delivery
- Define and execute RF test and verification plans
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of RF issues
- Mentor junior engineers
- Strong hands‑on RF design experience
- Proven experience leading RF technical delivery on complex projects
- Solid understanding of RF theory and practical implementation
- Experience with RF simulation tools
