Job Title
Water Hygiene Engineer – Cambridge
Compensation£30,000 – £35,000 + vehicle + benefits
LocationCambridge and surrounding areas (within 45 minutes of Cambridge).
Role OverviewWe are a specialist water hygiene and treatment consultancy offering full FM solutions across electrical and mechanical contracts. We are looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to work on commercial sites in the region – offices, educational institutions, universities and large commercial buildings. The role includes training to further develop the successful applicant's skill set.
Responsibilities- Hot and cold‑water tank inspections
- Closed system analyses
- Routine water hygiene monitoring, testing and sampling
- Monitoring and descales
- TMV servicing and basic remedial work
- Minimum 4 years as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a water consultancy
- Proven record in commercial settings (including residential)
- Comprehensive knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274
- Based within 45 minutes of Cambridge
- Full driving licence
40‑hour work week, overtime opportunities, a Personal Development Plan (PDP) and a company vehicle with fuel card.
