, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Senior Maintenance Engineer
, will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a portfolio of multiple buildings in the region.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Liaising directly with key clients.
• Manging other engineers ad subcontractors.

To be successful for this Senior Maintenance Engineer role you must have:

• Experienced managing/working across multiple sites at once.
• Engineering background - ideally Electrical.
• Experienced carrying out multi skilled building maintenance works.
• Health & Safety Compliance.
• UK Drivers licence.
