Exposure to a diverse range of engineering projects across the UKAs a Graduate Geologist, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with ground investigations on a variety of geotechnical projects
Logging soil and rock samples in accordance with industry standards
Collecting and recording site data accurately
Supporting the preparation of factual and interpretive geotechnical reports
Working alongside experienced engineers and geologists on site and in the office
Helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

To be considered for this Graduate Geologist role, you'll need a degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related Earth Science discipline, a full UK driving licence, full right to work in the UK, and to be living in or within a commutable distance of Cambridge. Strong communication skills, a willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites, and a proactive attitude are essential.
