MEICA Lead

As part of our growing water sector portfolio, we are seeking an experienced MEICA Lead to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects across the Anglian Water region. This is an opportunity to influence framework-wide strategy, lead high-performing teams, and shape the future of MEICA delivery within a major long-term programme.
Reporting to the Framework Director and working closely with the Head of M&E, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the MEICA strategy across a portfolio of major water projects, ensuring excellence throughout the full project lifecycle from pre-construction and procurement through to commissioning and handover.

About you

We are looking for an established MEICA leader with significant experience delivering complex water infrastructure projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. You will have a strategic mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement.

Engineering qualification (BEng, HNC or HND).
Extensive experience delivering major water sector projects, ideally within the Anglian Water framework.
Strong understanding of water industry standards, including WIMES.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent planning and programme delivery capabilities.

Experience with MEICA procurement, commissioning and technical governance.
Commercial awareness and the ability to influence project outcomes.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced programme environment.
