Stakeholder Coordinator
Salary £32,123
12 months Fixed Term Contract - 37 hours per week
Office and site-based across East Midlands and East Anglia areas, need to be based Cambridge/Peterborough/Huntingdon
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Stakeholder Coordinator to join our Advice team.
This is a varied role combining stakeholder engagement, operational coordination and direct customer support. You will build strong partnerships with community organisations, charities and local groups to ensure our outreach energy advice service reaches those who need it most.
Alongside coordinating bookings and managing schedules, you will also provide tailored energy efficiency advice to customers and support the wider team to deliver an exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with community groups, charities and partner organisations
Arrange meetings and secure bookings for outreach events
Represent the organisation at external meetings and community events
Provide feedback and impact reporting to stakeholders
Operational Coordination
Manage the forward schedule of outreach activity
Monitor performance against KPIs and delivery targets
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer journeys
Support reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with resource planning and service delivery
Customer Support
Provide tailored energy efficiency advice to customers
Conduct inbound and outbound calls where required
Identify eligibility for funding and additional financial support
Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
Administration
Maintain accurate records across internal systems
Deliver clear and accurate reporting
Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Confident building relationships with a wide range of organisations
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets
Customer-focused with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
Strong IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required; mileage reimbursed)
