About the Role

As the first point of contact on the pitch, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional presentation of our car park. You will coordinate vehicle placement to ensure all cars are positioned for maximum visibility and accessibility. Each day, you will move pre‑selected vehicles to the front of the pitch, helping create a seamless experience for both the sales team and our customers.

You will greet customers upon arrival and assist them in finding suitable parking, particularly during busy periods. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual with a hands‑on approach and a “no task too big or too small” mindset.

• Manage the flow and organisation of the car park
• Ensure vehicles are positioned for optimal visibility and presentation
• Move and prepare pre‑selected vehicles for the sales team
• Greet customers warmly and assist with parking when required
• Report directly to Senior Management
• Oversee new and used vehicle deliveries
• Maintain exceptional customer care standards at all times
• Portray a professional image on behalf of the Centre
• Report customer complaints to your manager promptly
• Ensure vehicles meet customer expectations prior to handover
• Undertake valeting duties as required
• Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role
