Job Title: Relief Mobile Patrol Officer

Location: Waterbeach, CB25 9PY

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 12 hours per week

This role involves delivering high‑quality mobile security services across a range of client sites within a designated area. Duties include carrying out mobile patrols, lock and unlock services, alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort duties and working to instructions provided by the Deputy Mobile Operations Manager. The role plays a key part in safeguarding clients, their staff, property and assets while providing a consistently professional service.

Play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Provides a variety of mobile security services including locks, unlocks, external and internal patrols, alarm response, vacant property inspections and escort services.
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure the correct key management process is followed when removing and replacing keys.
• Ensure all assignments are always completed in line with the site’s assignment instructions.
• Drive the company vehicle in accordance with the Highway Code, with due care and attention, maintaining the company’s reputation.

We’re looking for someone who shows initiative, works well in a team and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
