Sales Administrator – Anglia Tool Centre Warehouse – The behind-the-scenes hero – keeping the chaos at bay so the team can shine!

Our Sales Administrators are at the heart of our operation, providing first-class support to our warehouse team, branch colleagues, and online customers. Working within our specialist power tool distribution centre, you'll help ensure every customer receives a responsive, professional service while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

We’re looking for a detail-loving organiser who keeps the wheels turning to join the team. You’ll play a key role in helping the branch not just meet but exceed customer expectations. If you’re a motivated problem-solver who thrives on getting things done and is great at juggling tasks, we’d love to hear from you.

• Processing online customer orders and interbranch transfers promptly and accurately.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers to help facilitate special orders and warranty repair services.
• Achieve and maintain high standards of service for all customers at all times.
• Wherever possible, answer the phone within 3 rings.
• Advise and give prices or technical information to customers as required.
• Link-sell products wherever possible, including group special offers and promotions.
• Other ad hoc office duties.
