Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting a growing business based in Cambridge to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team.
Your new role
You'll be reporting to the CFO and your key responsibilities will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end processes
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across UK and international entities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across departments and external partners.
- A proactive mindset with the desire to improve systems, processes and reporting.
- The chance to work for a global, well established and innovative technical manufacturer.
- Exposure to UK and international accounting.
