Fin Ops & Treasury Manager | Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) | £45,000 - £50,000 salary +performance bonus

They’re building something bold in the payments space and now we’re looking for a Fin Ops & Treasury Manager to play a role in shaping the future of their finance operations.

About the role:

This isnt just a standard treasury role, you will take ownership of a growing function in a scaling fintech and help design and automate best-in-class finance processes from the ground up
Work closely with senior leadership whilst managing and mentoring two Treasury Analysts and supporting new product launches and client onboarding
Sit at the heart of operations, safeguarding, reconciling and optimising client funds whilst ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance
Own fund management and payment approvals, oversee daily scheme settlements and fund movements and sign off client balances and safeguard movements
Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks, lead continuous improvements to client fund processes and act as a key point of contact for clients

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a high growth fintech (card issuing, acquiring, processing or challenger banking preferred)
Strong treasury or finance operations background
Confidence managing high volume transactions and large datasets
Advanced Excel skills and multi-currency experience
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset
