This is a hands-on, senior position with the responsibility of driving financial performance and supporting long-term business growth. This role is fully office-based at our clients site on the outskirts of Cambridgeshire.

About the Role In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, audit, compliance, and risk management across the European region. You will play an integral part in shaping financial strategy and supporting senior leaders with data-driven insights. You’ll also lead a regional finance team and collaborate with cross-functional departments as well as international headquarters.

Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with relevant local and international accounting standards Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial and tax risks Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls Manage internal and external audit processes Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement Work alongside cross-functional teams and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives
