Leisure People seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa operation within a private Cambridgeshire club. You will oversee therapy teams, six treatment rooms, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
The role requires hands-on leadership, premium service standards, and strong operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Beauty Therapy, proven spa management experience, and a track record of achieving treatment and retail targets.
