Nurse - Functional Assessor

About the role

As a Functional Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct functional assessments that help individuals access the support they need. This role blends clinical knowledge with purpose‑driven impact, giving you the chance to grow your career while making a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

You bring your clinical experience and people skills to a role that is both challenging and rewarding. You will:

• Conduct functional assessments and produce high‑quality reports
• Use your clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
• Engage in continuous professional development and training
• Deliver assessments with empathy, integrity and professionalism

You must be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist) with at least 12 months’ post‑registration experience in the last 5 years and no restrictions to practice.

• Competitive salary with £1,000 after six months & £1,000 after 12 months (if approved)
