· PART TIME – 20 hours per week. (there is a degree of flexibility in the hours).

· You must have experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.

Overview

· We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.

· You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.

· You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.

· Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.?
