About

The Role

As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll manage and oversee the shift by leading and motivating the team, managing daily records, and assisting with care plans. You’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, and build meaningful relationships with them based on their likes, dislikes, and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively supervise and manage care staff
  • Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records
  • Remain alert to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing at all times
  • Help maintain high standards, ensuring residents’ home is always clean and safe
