• Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 (Actual salary-not pro-rata!)

  Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. No weekends, no evenings, and all school holidays off.
• We Pay for your Degrees: Want to be a qualified teacher or a specialist? We fully fund your training and qualifications.
• Total Support: You'll work in an NAS-accredited team with on‑site therapists. You are never "thrown in the deep end" alone.

You need a background in education to excel here. We want to talk to you if:

• You are unfazed by challenges and stay calm when things get chaotic.
• You are kind but firm
  , providing the "anchor" our students need to feel safe.
• You are hands‑on
  -this role includes personal care and physical support for students with complex medical needs. It's active, physical, and rewarding.
• You have Level 2 (Grade C/4) Maths & English (this is the only "must-have").

This isn't a "sit at the back of the class" job. You will be a mentor and a guide for students (ages 6-19) with Autism, ADHD, and complex physical disabilities. You'll help them manage sensory overload, support them through their personal care routines, and celebrate every tiny victory as they prepare for adulthood.
