Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. No weekends. Full‑time (PIP and WCA) and part‑time (WCA only). Competitive salary plus bonus.

Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Pharmacists. Hybrid role suitable for those seeking better work‑life balance without leaving healthcare.

• Conduct structured assessments – telephone and face‑to‑face.
• Review medical evidence and daily living impact.
• Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
• Make objective recommendations based on evidence.
• Work exclusively in an assessment‑focused capacity – no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.

• 12‑week paid training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, report writing; full support before working independently.

• PIP Assessor – £40,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.
• WCA Assessor – £42,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.
