Location: Sawston
Suffolk Mind is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Sawston housing scheme. The role is full time (37 hours) on a permanent basis, with a 6‑week rota including weekends and evenings.
You will help tenants with daily living tasks, provide emotional support and assist with budgeting, shopping and meals, to promote mental health and wellbeing. Salary starts at £25,375 plus sleep‑in payments, with potential earnings higher for extra shifts.
