We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at Cambridge Grove, which provides award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks .

What you'll be doing:

Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
Ensure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
