• Proactively sourcing candidates through Bullhorn, Reed, CV Library and Linked In Recruiter.
• Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Formatting and presenting CVs to a high standard.
• Taking detailed job briefs directly from clients.
