This is a brand-new position created due to strong growth in the scientific temporaries market. You'll have the opportunity to build a successful desk within an established, high-performing team, supported by an existing client base and excellent market demand.

Client Relationship Management

• Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Candidate Attraction & Selection

• Write engaging job adverts, network, headhunt, and use social media to attract candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.
