Project Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner based in or around Longstanton to join the People Team and drive change in HR practices. The role focuses on employee relations, reward, onboarding, talent, and engagement across the business.
You will partner with line managers on performance management, recruitment, and policy development, while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. A flexible 40-hour week with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH is offered.
