Sunday to Wednesday (12:00 - 22:00) – full-time, with potential additional hours during busy periods.

Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment – essential.

Nexus People is recruiting an On-site Recruitment Consultant to be based at their client location in Wellingborough.

• Manage all aspects of recruitment from attraction to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews & assessments, proactively maintain a pool of available candidates.
• Complete compliance & referencing checks in line with company policy.
• Monitor local area competition, pay rate fluctuations, and candidate activity.
• Provide supply reports when required.

Sunday to Wednesday 12:00 - 22:00.
