Recruitment Consultant

We’re excited to be growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a long-term career in professional recruitment.

Main duties will include:

* Proactively sourcing candidates through Reed, CV Library and Linked In Recruiter.

* Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

* Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

* Formatting and presenting CVs to a high standard.

* Taking detailed job briefs directly from clients.

* Creating engaging job descriptions for our website and job boards.

* Managing applications and actively searching for suitable candidates across multiple channels.

* Providing an honest, consultative service to both clients and candidates.

* Coordinating interviews and fully preparing candidates ahead of time.

* Negotiating offers and managing expectations on both sides.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in sales or an office-based customer service environment, with the confidence to speak to people at all levels.

* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build instant rapport.

* A confident, resilient and tenacious approach to challenges.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of a busy workload.

* Confident with everyday IT and willing to learn new software as needed.

* A genuine desire to learn, grow and deepen your market knowledge.

* A proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with the drive to make things happen.
