As an integral part of the team, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver top‑tier IT support and solutions to our clients. From diagnosing and resolving issues to implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security solutions.
- Proactively address potential IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique technology requirements and recommend effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Must be a UK resident and located in the local area.
