ERP Test Lead (Oracle Fusion)
Transformation Programme

An established, complex organisation is undertaking a large scale finance transformation programme, moving from a legacy on-premise ERP environment to Oracle Fusion. As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking an experienced ERP Tester / Test Lead to define, manage and deliver testing across a critical enterprise implementation.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple work streams, ensuring high quality delivery of a modern Oracle Fusion ERP platform. You will work closely with programme teams, functional specialists, technical teams and future system users to ensure testing is aligned with business outcomes and transformation milestones. The position plays a key role in supporting the successful transition to Oracle Fusion within a complex organisational landscape.
You will lead the design and execution of testing activities across functional, integration, UAT and regression testing, ensuring robust governance, clear reporting and effective defect management throughout the programme lifecycle. This is a highly visible role within a major transformation programme where quality assurance is critical to success.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience testing enterprise ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of transformation programme delivery
• Experience creating and leading testing strategy at programme level
• Familiarity with test management tools and structured QA methodologies
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong coordination, communication and delivery focus
