RF Systems Architect – Semiconductor/Telecommunications - Cambridge
What you’ll do as an RF Systems Architect:
- Own end‑to‑end RF system architecture across RFIC, control, software, and test
- Translate product requirements into system and sub‑system specifications
- Lead system‑level analysis, feasibility studies, and performance trade‑offs
- Define validation strategies, including simulation, measurement, and corner‑case coverage
- Identify and mitigate system‑level risks impacting performance and delivery
What you’ll bring as an RF Systems Architect:
- Strong background in RF systems, RFICs, or RF module development
- Experience working across RF design, software, algorithms, and test
- Proven ability to define system architectures and performance budgets
