About The Role

As a Graduate Service Now Consultant, you will help organisations improve the way they manage services, processes, and technology through the Service Now platform. Working within client teams, you will support the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of digital workflows that enable businesses to operate more effectively.

• Supporting the administration and configuration of the Service Now platform
• Assisting with incident management and service delivery processes
• Troubleshooting system and user issues to identify effective solutions
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve business processes
• Supporting platform enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
• Contributing to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Helping ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with best practice

• Basic knowledge of the Service Now platform
• Understanding of ITIL and incident management processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Now AI capabilities and emerging technologies
• Exposure to Agile ways of working
